We do not place ourselves between you and the site
The study contract is concluded by the sponsor or the CRO with the facility and the principal investigator. We are not a party to it.
Our part is to bring the site into working order and, by separate arrangement, to run the operational work on site. That is set out separately and does not affect your contract with the facility.
